Setup GEMSFITS actions to automatically build and release GEMSFITS packages from Windows/Linux and MacOS

@gdmiron Need suggestions about application names and icons:

1. gemsfit2 - my suggestion 'gem-fits' (analog 'gem-selektor')
2. gfshell2 - my suggestion 'gem-fits-shell'
3. possible we will have different icons for both, what do you think about?

After suggestions about application names, I can change RREADME and run script.

We need to make special type icons: iso (Windows) and icns (MacOS)

1. The Problem Explained

By default, actions/upload-artifact resolves symbolic links (symlinks) and includes the actual file content, not the link itself. This is beneficial for portability but can be an issue if you need to preserve the symlinks' structure (e.g., for specific build systems or run-time configurations).

For example, if you have a structure like this:

build/
my_app
lib_a.so
lib_a.so.1 -> lib_a.so

upload-artifact will upload my_app, lib_a.so, and lib_a.so.1 as separate files, not a symbolic link.

3h Add the deployment application script to macOS (first look)

On macOS now are made two applications.
@gdmiron , please, try executing as is firsltly. And then copy all files from /gem-fits.app/Contents/MacOS to
/gem-fits-shell.app/Contents/MacOS, and from /gem-fits.app/Contents/Frameworks to
/gem-fits-shell.app/Contents/Frameworks (with overwrite or without).
And try executing gem-fits terminal application from the new location.

This is a zip algorithm problem, fixed using '-y' flag.

8h Research and temporary fix crash for the Aqueous-Al project.

About the crash for the Aqueous-Al project:
The crash point is long int Opt_bIC::SetIVvEVvDelta(TNode *node) function when try call node->Get_bIC(optLP[i]->L_param_ind[j]) or
node->Get_bIC(0). I can call node->Get_TK() or print all node record to a string without error.
Another place of memory corruption is when run: long int NodeStatusCH2 = NodT[n]->GEM_run( true ); This call is made before, but is detected only if free memory.
Possible some memory corruption for illegal indexation or problems with gems3k lib. I spent some days trying to fix, but only can fixed by build gems3k from source as a submodule.

Suggestion:

1. Proceed with testing the current version
2. Add a new issue for the try link gems3k to gemsfits as an external library.

4h Implement the coping projects and a new project folder based on the project name.

1. Copy the projects from Resources/projects to Library/GEMSFITS/projects for the first run.
2. When creating a new project, a new folder will be created based on the project name.

Now applications are ready to test for Linux and Windows.

MacOS needs more testing and suggestions about the two applications
