[WIP]

Starting the Server

Start the server with bundle; bundle exec rackup.

VIPS is required, as least for now. See [ruby-vips#installation-prerequisites]](https://github.com/jcupitt/ruby-vips#installation-prerequisites) information on how to install it.

This software is released under a public domain waiver (Unlicense).
