The very first step to join in, participate, and investigate this software is incorrect, and newbies will have no chance of moving on. i've already spend ages on this, and still havent got it working...

source .venv/bin/activate
IT would have been useful to read... Open a command prompt in your project folder, type "python3..."
BUT whats with "source" - thats not recognised by windows or python - so what do we do?
