Minor issue with Add a New Service (invalid feedback)

Description

Invalid feedback appears on reopening a closed tab (Add a New Service page)

How To Reproduce It

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Add a New Service
2. Enter details (needn't be accurate/concise)
3. Close the tab without submitting
4. Reopen the tab with shortcut (ctrl + shift + T)
5. Entered details in field is still present, but isn't acknowledged (invalid feedback)

Expected behavior

Information entered in all fields still present, without invalid feedback error.
