The game was completely fine. It was perfect. We had our nice events and everything... but suddenly some stupid CM developer had the idea, "Hey, let's make these dumbass things called prototype gear." We had a good run, you stupid son of a beach, but you just had to blow it up—you, your pride, and your ego.
The prototype update absolutely ruined the game. After all these months since they were added, the devs have finally realized that prototype gear needs recalibration and optimization.

Escalation mode sucks. You grind your ass off for tokens, then you go play your desired tier, and some random players join and play like crap because their own tokens aren’t on the line. They rush straight into spawns in Tier 10, where you can get one-tapped, with unoptimized gear, and no clue about seasonal or escalation modifiers. The result? You lose your hard-earned tokens in the blink of an eye. Even the maxed-out players don’t care, because it’s not their tokens at stake.

And then there are these clueless YouTubers going on about “don’t gatekeep the game, be nice to newer players.” Honestly, just shut up. I’m not playing until they fix this absolutely brain-dead design of a mode.
