Dealing with Cheaters The Basics:
Cheater historical review after Sus behavior in-game. Use your F*cking Resources!!

1. Get steam community link (Enable mouse on scoreboard, or shift-tab and go to game overview, players at bottom)
2. Paste steam community link into https://www.steamhistory.net/ (better) OR https://bansearch.com
3. Check if the account is almost New, has community bans for cheating, or has tons of friends with vac/community bans.
4. Basic confirmation at least. Note you're looking for SMAC/Cheating bans from servers. Toxicity isn't that. Kick if any current cheating bans exist. (Unbanned means the server false flagged them)
5. Tips: They typically cheat in clans or have hyper defensive friends or send friendly bots in that vote with them. (Even funnier they have friends on the enemy team, yours, to run distractions)
6. They will go friendly to hide it, or a passive class with minimal cheats or actually turn them off. Which is a win nonetheless. They're only over confident when they stacked their team or yours.

Actual cheating evidence gathering steps if nothing appears above:

1. Use this command (record "demo name") as early as u can (recommend name of cheater/match date/map) Attempt to stay near/be in render distance of them. (Important for getting angles/renders for review later)
2. When match over or "cheater" leaves, put stop in console then find ".dem" file Typically here: ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf) Use Demo Analysis tool.
3. Use a TF2 demo to replay converter on your Demo File. A Team Fortress 2 (TF2) Modding Tool
4. Turn off background noise, use Snipping tool's screen record feature. (Or use Steam's Recording software like me, easily)
5. Open TF2, click replay, and your file, turn all icons on Bot L, watch their pov/ realtime/slowed down; record it for projectiles or aimbot (Swap between POV and 3rd person to make the timing change properly)
6. Save evidence or Edit down the filesize with any video editor for proper posting. (Vorobey's Hacker Police posts comm cheating bans, 2T does not.)

Reminder:

Also:
Cheats exist for every class. Forcing crits via a "bucket", aimbot (they can adjust their threshold distance from crosshairs, ESP (see through walls), aimbot for all bullets for miniguns, etc.
