I'm not sure which way round the cause and effect are here. But looking at efficient, non-GC languages and thinking "I can make that memory-safe" probably comes from the same psychological place as looking at your piscololo and thinking "I can turn that into a minky".
That's kind of the selling point of this site related to other communities. There are several admins here and none is moderating. Devrant has shown us that we're decent people and that moderation is done by community. Also, it is meant to be scientific and criticism of any kind is totally allowed with basically no limits. I would not say this site is freedom of speech because that is considered far right these days. So we just call it unmoderated.
And why would a Chinese be bothered with a cartoon version? They have the real deal. Also, funny that he is considered to be looking like Pooh when they all look alike. He's right, it's unfair.

Hilarious.

Why did my markdown features fail? It helps a lot with reading.
Now it worked... It capitalized my sentence (my texts are automatically minimally corrected by AI without changing my words or contexts).
Fixed, just edited, but very weird.
Very weird because it's DeepSeek. If you have OpenAI as a backend, it fails a lot. Especially if you would say:
But what can I say, the Chinese are less censored than us.
> 'But what can I say, the Chinese are less censored than us.'.
...unless you're talking about 'Winnie The Pooh', for some reason. Then they ban you or something.
Yeah, but that doesn't matter right? We sensor real shit and they only winnie the pooh. Pick your flavour.

Maybe it's about roughness, c it's quite rough.
