Management deemed that our version of the daily standup is unnecessary. It will now only take place when there is an outage worth discussing or an announcement that has to be made. Now there is 1 less reason to be in the office, I'm literally working solo, on a computer, and don't interact with colleagues except for small talk. I can get my work done without saying a word. Soon we need to be present 5 days a week

Well, it's very agile to adapt to circumstances 😁. People hating on being at the office so much, huh. One of the reasons I don't work is the home working culture. If I worked, my life at a certain level wouldn't change. The only difference would be that I won't make fun stuff anymore.
