Windows is a clown OS and MS is a circus.
Take any app with tabs that is not from MS, like the Firefox browser and make it fullscreen.
Move your mouse to the top of the screen and click to select a tab.
Works flawlessly.
Take any app that is made by MS and is integrated into the clown OS (Windows), like the file explorer or Notepad, and make it fullscreen.

It doesn’t fucking work because MS wants you to move your mouse a little bit away from the top edge of the screen.
Only then are you allowed to select a tab with a click.

You're !using the generic file explorer... are you? Because there's a much better option... 'Total Commander'.
Anyway, I personally harbor deep hatred for any software that, when you maximize it, move the cursor to the top-right corner of the screen, then click to close it... doesn't close, but the software behind it does. Fucking ridiculous. I'm !100% certain, but I think this happens often w/ 'Libre Office' for me. The thing leaves a tiny gap in the corner so that the software behind it is affected. Boils my blood every time.
