Friends cause more problems than they solve. At least for me.

I'm currently not feeling well at all right now, anxiety and depression. I've never really experienced this before and let me tell you, if you're a person with problems like this regularly, I'm so sorry.

All I can say is, you're not alone bud. I've just came off my antidepressants about 3 weeks ago.

don't let it come as far as you need to take benzodiazipines

they indeed are life savers, as long as you don't use them for a too long time. after like 1.5 years on them i depend on them to live my life more or less normally, and you neee to dose up quite a lot to stay capable of living lile that. bottom line they are to good to be truth in a way.
