Alarm Levels on my phone:

Level 1: 06:00 it's the right time to wake up, take a shower and breakfast.

Level 2: 07:00 ok it is the normal time to wake up..

Level 3: 07:30 you must wake up to go to work in time.

Level 4: 07:45 you're already late you lazy ass

Level 5: 08:00 you're already late.

Level 6: 09:00 just checking you're alive

    I put one on every 5 mins for around 15 mins, actually more when I first started the practice, so that I can’t cheap out and just turn off both the alarm and its snoozes. Having to wake up every 5 mins just to turn off the alarm should be sufficient to wake most people up.

    For me:

    3 am - Wake up and work.

    3:05 am - please wake up and work.

    3:10 am - Sudo wake up and work

    6:00 am - sudo wake up and go to school... If you slept at all that is.

    @kiacob I blew out the speaker on my phone! Hardly woke me up before lol. Luckily a replacement was a whole $2.80
