    Only a matter of time before someone else would, probably browser vendors.

    @vlatkozelka In their org, it takes about 60 hours of work with all the procedures and changes they have to undergo that could have been done during the application's development.

    Devs are also devops here, it's small enough of a company that they have a direct line. "You make it, you support it".

    I also don’t understand why this is a big deal. Wether you have a one page site or a million page web app, adding an SSL certificate is the same procedure.
