i understand and accept why some people prefer mac.

every mac i have ever used has shit the bed during normal use. while windows and Linux machines have too, however less frequently. unlike mac there is always something i can personally do about it to fix the problem.

i like having complete control over my computer and don't like the idea of paying a premium to be told how i can or can't use it.

I just run a hackintosh VM on the off chance that it'll be useful someday

Been mac (for personal use) exclusively for 2.5 years. Guess how many problems I had??? 0.

In the same timeframe, my windows box @ work has been re-installed twice and gives me a major skullfuck once a month. Its irrational.

@nerd-san macOS is way better for coding, specially when you get it for cheap, Hackintosh is the solution, my pc laptop is running osx, windows is a shitty system, that Microsoft can make it way better, but they won't, than Windows only if you can't do otherwise, otherwise is hell on earth, i'm not from those apple product lover, but the system is good,the best middle ground between Windows and Linux, and i like it,

i prefer terminal interface where my hands never leave the home tow to navigating a gui.
