Just wanted to do some botting

I am running a "Residential proxy" on my phone in termux. I wonder how stable but the performance was great.

I wanted to do some botting and test out how good my new autonomous agent is by first requesting an identity at https://random.molodetz.nl and then let it request an email address @ mail. molodetz.nl and update the identity with it. My new stealth browser, it's gonna work! Everything works so far instant. But then, I came to accessing the reddit page. It was blocked for hetzner users. OK, I said, no biggy, find yourself a proxy that works, and no problem, it found a few thousand and he tried them all and they all sucks, literally all.

I was still proud that the agent did literally everything as requested without issue but that it stopped there, made me very sad.

Setting up the residential proxy was easy. It was just ssh -R 1080:127.0.0.1:1080 to my vps and I use a program minisocksproxy which was all just in termus pkg. Wrote a python script to restart the application everytime it failed and then ran it under tmux. There's a bit better way but it was late.

Anyway, my webservice that offers page crawling to any site is almost working. The idea is that other software like agents and such can just request any url without cloud flare issues by just doing an rest request. That simple rest request will be handled by a real stealth browser (that's already preloaded) and a real residential proxy (I hope to find some doners for more than only me).

This is all primarily to be able to do decent deep research. Before my system often had issues fetching search result urls.

It's a fun project.

Oh, I considered also tor as residential proxy but I did not read much positive about it. Also, I do not really like the dark web much.

Does anyone have other ideas how to connect to sites like reddit in a decent way?
