Hope it's not a repost but this is brilliant... although putting it up in my office wouldnt change anything. Password123 was there before me and it'll be there after me.

At my company we all use the same password for absolutely everything.

My boss thinks remembering passwords is a waste of time.

Changing a password often and not saving it leads to unsecure passwords. My advice, use a password manager.

Also from a google study: "the idea of using a password manager was ranked as a top priority for 48% of security experts, while a worryingly low 3% of the non-experts didn’t believe this was the case."

Unless you want users to change their passwords from "PassWord1" to "PassWord&$2" each month, use one.

Doesn't apply to my 'long' and 'unique' requirements. Otherwise, great advice.
