Happens to me too when I've been going back and forth on the same feature for three hours. A fresh session usually fixes it.
I was being very indecisive and cancelling prompts and fixing my question and I guess it didn't appreciate being interrupted all the time.
I had Claude start lecturing me about the ethical implications of optimizing a sorting algorithm last week, so yeah, the snark definitely creeps in after a few thousand lines of back-and-forth.
