Just refilled my aftershave bottle with pure ethanol. It’s cheaper, and my skin, after being frozen all the way through hundreds of times, does not feel the difference.

It’s pristine but completely impervious to cold to the point that it’s dangerous, as I don’t have a feel for whether I’m dressed for the weather as I go out. The only area sensitive to cold that I have left is my neck, so that’s how I know how cold it is

I do happen to have a 200 ml bottle of 95% spirit that I keep in my bathroom.

Purely for disinfection && yes, also used as an aftershave.
