Classic micromanagement.

My internet connection was kinda bad and I needed to have meetings with the IT manager about handovers with hosting stuff. So we decided to have me record videos of whatever is necessary. Now I hear from one of the bosses videos aren't good enough, we need meetings. And record the fucking things again. Seriously...

They just want to make me do redundant shit for the next three days until I am finished with this job on Wednesday.

    Oh for sure, just be sick instead :D but really they are worried about losing knowledge and don't know how to properly setup that information sharing

    @retoor yeah i dunno. I wrote everything in a document and in readmes in the code base. People don't read.

    @retoor I'd think we're talking about videos of usage. Tutorials. Like your screen recordings of snek && whatnot.

    Quite true, sadly, for too many.

    I met way too many people who have a weird aversion to vertical scrolling. Can't even count how many times they've missed important info because they couldn't have been bothered to just scroll down a bit to read all of the text on the page.
