When I started my job a year ago, I felt impostor syndrome. Now I think everyone around me is a fucking moron and I'm an elite programmer.

Am I just an asshole, or has my journey with this company expired?

The latter, if you're not in a constant state of fear ur not furthering your career

If you're paid enough to do what you want in your personal time and don't hate your job, it's not such a bad thing to stay. If you care more about perfecting your craft than feeling like you're at the top of the heap, it sounds like you already know the answer. It's far easier to grow when you're surrounded by people on or above your level.

... and if you're really not the hot shit you seem to think, you'll find out quickly enough :P
