    - do sports at least 4 hours throughout a week
    - eat healthy
    - sleep enough
    - get enough daylight
    - take from time to time a vitamin pill
    - pop some magic mushrooms
    - search for professional help

    Visit a specialist. In my case, lamotrygine works fine. Bipolar. Or depression. Sometimes the difference is blurry.

    Depression here - I feel you bro. The funny thing is that development is the only thing that is still fun and still working for me. Hope it works better for you. :)
