Has anyone had their 'manager' monitor them incredibly invasively and unhealthily to the point it added 110% more stress to the job?
In this case I speak of PIP(s). I've had to log exactly how I divided my time, what I did every single day, and what hours I spent on what, plus make posts of this in reporting software! I lost at least 50% of my time just managing the damn hours. Nerve-wracking.
And as we all know, PIPs are mostly a sign that they want you out of the company. I was so naive to believe it was not my case but later I found out from management themselves that they had been shit-talking about me the whole time and were trying to 'guide' me (yeah: to kick me out). Who do they think they are? Fucking snowflakes.
