Hr is where we keep anyone who shouldn't be allowed to get near anything useful. Now if we just could make some chatbot that fills their useless surveys and performance reviews... we could put this entire occupation in a matrix and be rid of them forever!

    Indeed, fuck performance reviews. At least in my experience, those are mostly about things !related to actual performance. I have no idea how many times people had been bitching about me being ornery /* Snek's dolphin actually taught me this word, fun. */, even though most of the time I had been presented w/ some asinine idea or some retarded behavior from another party, so I would reply in kind. On the other hand all the skill-related scores were always on a high, satisfactory level, which I consider to be the only reliable && meaningful metric.

    @D-4got10-01 there definitely are important things that determine the performance of an employee. But those are impossible to measure.

    Yeah, but if I get interviewed or answered by an LLM *Im* going to flip out and tell you to fuck off with that noise.

    I much prefer an annoying human to a broken piece or crap with massive CO2 Footprint

    @Hazarth Yup. I imagine being interviewed by an LLM would suck. I've seen a few vids && they weren't exactly filled w/ optimism for the practice.
