Three hours later, I’ve rewritten half the layout logic, questioned every life decision, and the original “simple fix” is still not done.
What gets me is how unpredictable this stuff is. You can spend a whole day solving something that looks trivial, and then knock out a “complex feature” in an hour.
Anyway, finally fixed it… I think. Not touching that file again unless production is literally on fire.
