@alexbrooklyn it's a report generating software that makes everything dramatically more complicated than necessary, plus has absolutely no debugging tools.

We are generating complicated tickets with tons of logic inside Crystal Reports. -

When there are only 2 pages on Google you know you're in serious shit.
When you talk to other devs about what their code did. I also relate myself to this.
Working with Crystal reports, getting ready to deploy my changes. Guess what? My tiny changes to output has successfully broken 12 other fields, and 1 that is in absolutely no way related! Comes right from the database!
And it's crystal, so there's no debugger or logging. Plus, the report takes an hour to run! Today's gonna be a fun one!
