I went "You look like an Arch guy" on our new backend dev and he was like WTF

that probably wouldn't work on me. most people that I talk to don't think 'computer geek' when they look at me, on top of that I play pool. so yeah good luck

@brainlessdev here's a few more hints, I wear a button up shirt, bluejeans, and steel toe work boots. I am a security concerned developer that pen tests everything I make, I prefer to write custom solutions if something isn't made already to cover my clients exact use case.

@jckimble Oh come on Mint is sweet. I myself use Elementary, but that doesn't mean I can't/haven't used other more complicated distros

@brainlessdev I don't like any linux that isn't rolling release, ubuntu ruined me with their "manual upgrade" every 6 months. but cinnamon is a nice de, I've used cinnamon before even though I use i3wm cause of the keybindings
