20% in Britain, riots aren't what decides the limit, the point it causes economic slow down is, and all of Europe seems to manage just fine with between 18 and 27% VAT!

@sebkas atleast Germany has good public facilities, high speed internet and more peace and business friendly environment. That's not the case here.

There is in Bulgaria 20% VAT on everything, so 15% sounds good :)

Lol. In Hungary they tried to tax the Internet. Seriously. The name of the tax was "internet tax" and they planned to tax the data usage. ~0.6 USD/GB (!!!). No wonder why it resulted in mass protests in all major cities...
(--> no internet tax at the end :))
