Depends on if your body can handle it. Personally I wouldn't do it because I don't think it's healthy.

I used to work at night. The trick is to get very dark curtains that don't allow light in during the day. So you can sleep.

True, and many "blackout" curtains can still let some light in, so you definitely have to do your research on that.

Sorry, but what's the point of working just night shifts? We're humans, we need some social life too..

@unietis we are in asia and clients we have are from america we need to coordinate with them and when there's day we got night
