I'm a CNC operator (milling machine run by g-code). 9 out of 10 interviewers understand shit about my work...
Like, one interview I went threy were asking for 10 different specializations...
Comparing to the computer world imagine a recruiter that is hiring someone to fill some excel tables and demands as requirements knowledge with 10 different languages, deep knowledge of the windows and Mac systems, all lynux command terminals, front end, back end, assembly and cobolt... To fill some excel tables :p
Like, I am a designer, programmer and machine operator but did 3 formations, one for each area... And I'm getting minimum wage...
