This is my worst day ever! I so fucking hate the sh**t gitkraken right now! Its always slow and buggy i got it and i accept it but its a lyer!

I wanted to reinstall my pc (linux mint) and before i started i pushed my feature repository to github. The gitkraken shows me its fine i pushed cool down bro. I reinstaled then i see... the f**ing repo is not in the f**ing github.

Right now i have to up all f**ing night, i so pissed off!! I'm new in my company, they hired me because i have a lot of experience on javascript and now, the fucking gitkraken destroyed my entire work.

Okay i know, its my fault to because i not pushed my repo early, but come on!!

Thank you gitkraken! Thank you! I will never use this lyer, slow, buggy piece shit again!!

In theory its a intuitive, and "light" gui client for git. Easy branching, they have a great conflict resolver so its a promising tool. But... its slow, buggy and you finished with a fake informations.

Right now i use SmartGit. It less user friendly, but it fast and stable.

@metaladam91 in which way is smartgit not userfriendly? It's the best git GUI client.

I think its relative. If i compare the smartgit look and feel with gitkraken, in my opinion the gitkraken has a better ux. But, and its a big but, the kraken is slow and it has a lot of bugs. So i think the smartgit is the winner. :)

GitKraken has certainly left me with the feeling of "WTF?!" before, but when put in a lineup with all of the other GIT GUIs I think they stand in the forefront for both UX & Features.

Others have mentioned that it feels slow but I actually don't mind having to slow down when it comes to version control. Commits should be made with intention not just as a "part of the process". The ability to selectively stage individual chunks of work is 💯

What I will say is you should at the very least have some understanding of how to use CLI commands so that when the GUI starts to encounter hiccups you feel comfortable performing the same actions outside of a GUI client.

We all have at least one of these experiences to look back on, in the end it will help mold you into a better developer.
