Well SO blocked me from asking any more questions. Which is BS because I went back and edited my questions as I was told to.

Ohh well, I figured I would just make a new account. So I logged out. Put in a new email. Filled out all the forms confirmed my email and then I see "You cannot ask questions" WTH? Appentally it cached my browser, so when I signed back up it linked my two accounts together..

Well, looks like I'm making a new email..

You can't just straight forward ask any question after making a new account.
well that's how they try to stop spam.
you should have tried any proxy if you think they got your ip

I have a proxy blocker. But I'm not blocked on all sites, just SO's main site. And my rep and badges transfered over aswell.

I've never actually asked a question on SO. Only read answers. Why would they do that?

OK now I'm interested what kind of questions and how many a day of them you have to ask to get banned? I've asked some really dumb questions, but not a single question has a negative vote count nor I've received any warnings.

Its not only about this particular case, but in general you can see posts on devRant everyday complaining about their SO questions downvoted for no reason

I have gotten a few warning for bad formatting my questions, but thats all. I had a question falsly marked as a duplicate recently, but I didn't challenge it because I already had an answer. Maybe I should have.
