no trackers, no ads, no telemetry, no user
data saved when it doesn't benefit the user.

That was reality before “web2.0” aka when greedy corrupt corporations and governmental agencies had their say.

Now fires burn in the distance and Charlie is everywhere.

That's why i chill more often in the "old" internet. Sites that don't have this, as the new pages are often unusable.

The good old days of Gif background websites, "sign my guest book", and autoplay midi music. Things were simpler back then. On the other hand, porn was not as easily accessible and it had terrible quality.

@ars1 imo porn is to easily accessable for kids on the internet.

Ofcourse its difficult to restrict that. And linking personal id to prove your age would suck aswell. There should be stricter laws though.

@joewilliams007 Eh, I was getting porn when I was 13 and the internet was barely serviceable. It's a non issue to me. If the kid is an idiot incapable of separating reality from the media he consumes, you have a bigger problem in your hands than easily accessible pixel vaginas.

@ars1 its not that i cant seperate it. But i just hate that i watched it at a young age without being protected in any way against it. It didnt make my life better for sure

The data may not benefit from the data giver but will definitely benefit the data user.
