Just broke up with my ex-girlfriend after 2 years of relationship. This might sound strange but scrolling after scrolling on dev rant is actually helping me getting through this situation!

    Hit the gym, find yourself a hobby connect with old friends and make new ones. Start a side project or wipe the dust from an old one.
    This might seem generic but trust me, they work!

    We're kinda on the same boat. Yes, it does help, doesn't it? Also focus a lot on your personal projects, because you know... People are people after all and not really dependable!
