why do I get stressed even though I don't care if I got laid off?

Part of me think it's coming from the possibility of letting people down. So I still get stressed by timeline and other annoying things I'm asked to do. But come on lol it shouldn't be this bad.

You were used to the routine, you knew exactly what you're gonna do every day. Now you're left with uncertainty, with nothing to fill that emptiness with.
