what happened on TI today?
recently the company the I worked update me to a new cybersec analysis position. that's we'll but no money no nothing just more work and more responsabilities that fine to.
the really depressed thing is the training the transfer knowledge ropes and drills the manager was sleeping and singing Rhianna songs, was the most whit out a doubt "the most depressing training that I've ever had and ist a very well company that I work even he had the courage that told me that" this is the most depressing training ever gave, so by the way the training was about some reports some areas to work whit tickets links basic tools no even related whit cybersec so what it's that the new. way of training really I feel angry depressed and I thought was a lost of time.

today? nah, our industry is a mess for a long time. you start with expectations that it is organized and everything goes more or less smoothly ( like the 1st job I had )... and then... you face the raw reality, most of them have not a single clue what we r doing to make them stupid ideas into functional reality and it's like they think we wave the magic wand, do some kage-bushin-jiudjistsu ( pls excuse my bad japanese ) ( along w/ cloning the PCs as well ), or draw the circle and do the appropriate alchemy ritual and in 5 min. it's all done and sound... now that I'm full stack clown I'm thinking to migrate to frontend only ( to save myself some expectations vs reality talks and such ) or just move to SecOps and start breaking stuff por dinero ( although I might be too harsh explaining or just giving directions on how to patch their holes...

...depending on the badness of the situation, and generally I want to help ppl, than crushing their either way fragile self esteem, which would make me feel like a bad guy... which I might be... )
