I'm a simple man, I want to:
- get along with everybody
- be able to depend on my coworkers
- use whatever editor I want
- have vcs (preferably git)
- listen to music while coding
- work with people who share my hobbies (optional)

    Be able to depend on people would be so dank, I sometimes get myself too much loaded because I know if I'd assign this task to someone I'd get a shitty job back

    Sounds fairly normal? :d I get most things are not true for some places like VCS etc but choose your own editor? Is there someplace that forces you to use a specific one?

    @botti The only place where this actually happend is school with eclipse (Version E*). But I can imagine there are places where they say "it's our policy"
