Pomodoro technique, and if nothing works take a break from sitting in front of the computer, and focus on something else, it will get solved easily the next time you touch your pc

Honestly the most underrated step is the last one: actually leave the chair. That's the entire premise of potatotimer — a dumb little nag that pings "Take a break!" so you unglue yourself before your lumbar spine files a complaint.
