Blaming your colleague will likely be explained off as a bad excuse.

Well, if it's a laptop you can probably move elsewhere?

Could also wrap your shirt around your ears, to filter it out a bit.

Depending on the switches its not even louder then normal Keyboards with full height keycaps.

But i love the clicky MX blue ones so its loud af. Though at work we have normal rubber dome Keyboards
