Visual studio 2017 with Xamarin:

* writing some sweet code, life is good.. build and run.
*change int age to 2, build, build failed, no single message why.
*clean, clean failed, no single message why.
* build rebuild clean all or by project, nothing works, no single message why.
*change nothing, restart VS, build success !
* writing some code, same problem
*restart VS, "this project is not compatible with Visual Studio"

    I never liked Xamarin, I wonder how it performs on a real device, never used an xamarin built mobile app

    Has anyone EVER had any good experiences with Xamarin? I mean, if I wanted to write shit apps using a weird api I would just go native. Imo the best true cross platform experience comes from react narive, cordova etc..but xamarin? Fk no

    the linking is a hell.. but the result is really good.
    the fact that you can share code between platforms and use the native sdk and the native code is stunning.

    if you use Xamarin.Android and Xamarin.iOS it's really good.

    but Xamarin.Forma is not that good, it could be helpful with simple UI only.

    @gitpush rdio's mobile apps we're based on xamarin. Worked pretty great.

    @AleCx04 are you fucking kidding me? React native is a valid option for cross platform development but Cordova? Nah man, that's just shit.
