Well I feel like an idiot thanks to my IT teacher. This guy, this fucking guy thinks that we’re seeing computer for the first time. He’s literally saying “You see this black bar on the bottom? That’s taskbar.”. It’s like he’s teaching 7 years old childs 😤
But the worst part is my class mated don’t know such basics! They don’t know how binary code works, what is motherboard, how to login to school domain on Windows.

But on the flip side, they look at me like at the God 😏

    dont be so overbearing, I do not know what level of education you are currently working on!

    ... and things like binary codes are it knowledge you do not have from school

    -> only if you do stuff in private, as you are unchallenged in school

    I think it was Tsunetomo Yamamoto, who wrote the hagakure - said, don't compare yourself to your competitors around you. Being superior to others is meaningless, you mist strive to be superior to your former self.

    Sometimes peopleuse a different language for things or they simply don't care.

    Imo. The trick is to use this mostly wasted time to advance in your own pace in your personal direction.

    Fair enough, this is a really hard task at school.

    Then there's the AP computer programming class with pre-requisites and spends time showing how to make a folder...

    Have you looked up, how a filesystem differentiates between files, folders, symlinks and hardlinks?

    I taught this my apprentice an of mine in his first week. He had no idea of the stuff that happens under the surface...
