Have had a few of those in my new apartment.

I am seriously considering to finally get a UPS just so I don't lose data or worse, fuck up a devkit due to a power outage.

For data - sure;

There is a very concerning component of fucking up a devkit thanks to failed firmware update, though, thus the UPS seems like a very good idea.

I wish they could just eradicate the fuciked up people so people could have more memories of the power being out during a storm and interacting and playing games by candlelight
