    I seriously recommend AI for this, really. You're basically just ranting and defragging your brain, you're doing it yourself. Talking to AI I prefer above psychology. Psychologists are not objective at all. Fraud profession. AI so much better for that, so much.

    @jestdotty sure, yes, sometimes it's a good thing. Actually, Grok had a discussion mode (the only one that is deleted, all things like eroruc and stuff is still possible). And the discussion mode failed hard. Agree is simple. But being critical, is actually hard. When I tried that mode, it just did not get the point. The thing is, AI understands that you say stuff, but not why. It's just forces to disagree in any way, other than human. A human as a personality and an agenda. Ai does not care about being wrong or whatever. It will just be annoying. I explain wrong I think, but the moment we have really disagreeing AI, we have something sentient I guess.

    @whimsical Yeah, I think there is some research on it if your issue is "just" something you need to vent or (emotionally process I guess) that AI can have a similar effect as a good psychiatrist but any actual disorder not as much.

    Also about the disagreeing thing, I think part of it is also a "dark" pattern from AI companies, since if you disagree with a person/conversation you end up liking them less (so why not make the beep boop machine be an agreeable little sheep)
