So I own a webshop together with a guy I met at one of my previous contract jobs. He said he had a great idea to sell product X because he can get them very cheap from another European country. Actually it is a great idea so we decided to work together on this: I do everything tech related, he does the non tech stuff.
Now we are more than 1 year in business. I setup a VPS, completely configured it, installed and setup the complete webshop, built 2 custom PrestaShop modules, built many customizations, built a completely new order proces (both front and back end), advertised quite some products, did some link building, ensured everything is in place to do proper SEO, wrote some content pages, did administration and tax declarations, rewrote a part of a PrestaShop component because it was so damn inefficient and horribly slow, and then some more. Much more.
He did customer relation management, supplier management and some ad words campaigns. Promised me many times to write the content for our product pages. This guy has an education in marketing but literally said: I'm not gonna invest in creating some marketing plan. I have no ambition in online marketing.
What?! You have the marketing knowledge and skills but refuse to use it to market our webshop and business? What the fuck is wrong with you?!
Today he says to me: 'Hey man, this is becoming an expensive hobby as we don't sell much and have lots of costs. I don't understand why I should be the one to write these content pages. Everything you did in the past 8 months can be done in less than 20 hours! You are a joke and just made it a big deal by spreading your work over so many months. I know for sure because I currently work at a company where I'm surrounded by front end devs! Are you fucking crazy?! You're a liar.'
He talks like this to me every 2 months or so while he can't even deliver the content for 1 single product in 6 fuckin' months! We even had to refund a few of our customers because Mr. client relations manager didn't respond to their e-mails within 1 fucking week!! So I asked him how could that have happened as you do the client relations and support. Well, he replied to me: 'Why didn't YOU respond to our clients? You don't log on in our back office at least once a day?!'.
Of course I do asshole. But YOU don't. He replied that I was lying just like I was lying about what I did for our business.
So, asshole, let's have a look at PrestaShops logs to see who's logging in daily. Well, you can probably guess who's IP was there in most of the entries. It wasn't his.
So, what the fuck have you been doing then?! You can't even manage to respond quickly to a client?!! We have maybe 50 clients and if we get 1 question a month by email it is already a lot. But you keep bitching, complaining and insulting me instead?!!!
Last time he literally admitted on a WhatsApp conversation that he had and still has the hope that he could just sit back and relax and watch me do ALL the work.
Well, guess what you fucking moron. That's not what we agreed upon. You fuckin' retard think you're so smart but you say EVERYTHING on WhatsApp! Including your promises to me. Thank you you fuckin' piece of dog shit because now I have hard evidence and will hand it over to my lawyer to make you pay every god damn cent for all the hours I've spent working on our business. Oh, and I'll take over the webshop and make it a success on my own because I know damn well how to get relevant traffic and thus customers.
You just go get yourself fucked in the ass without lubricant you fuckin' asshole. I have told you you shouldn't fuck with me because I take business very seriously. I even warned you when you were crossing a line again. Well, if you don't listen... You will pay for the consequences. I will be so damn happy to tell you 'I told you so' with a very very big smile on my face. That momemt WILL come, 'partner'.
Fuck you. You will be fucked. Count on that. Fucking asshole.9 -
Google sucks!
No, not as e-mail or for privacy reasons. Sure, that too, but it comes with "free" stuff.
It sucks because it's breaking every possible record in the worst, shittiest, most insanely stupid APIs and integrations out there on the entire fucking planet!
It is comically stupid!
Aside from their LOVE of hard-deprecating APIs every few months, requiring constant, time consuming maintenance of every tool that integrates deeply with Google services, some of their APIs, for expensive stuff, look like they've been written by Bobby McFartface from 7th grade.
Take a look at DoubleClick Search (their ad performance reporting tool, that sure does sound like one). To upload custom, additional data, you must pass in a ton of parameter, and they REQUIRE some of them to have a specific, hardcoded value. What's the point in passing that parameter then you dickheads?!
But fine, so you uploaded some stuff using the API. Now you want to delete everything and try again after you fixed a bug - well you fucking CAN'T! You can't delete stuff, you can only mark them as "deleted" using an update call.
Bulk operations? Fuck no!
Can I just add on top? Well of course not! That will raise a ton of exceptions. Same message should be transmitted using the PUT, not POST request, in order to edit.
Can I send everything to PUT? Of course not! You can't edit something that's not there, dummy!
Can I see what's there so that I can update it, and add what's missing?
Well of course not! Why on Earth would you need to see what information is in there after you uploaded it? Who needs that anyway?
Simply send, pray, and hope that everything will be fine (it will not).
Like holy fucking crap, it can't get any more stupid!
Google is a huge pile of idiots who feed on only a single cow - the search engine.
It's times like these when I think that Google right now is the worst thing that exists for everyone in tech. It's dragging everyone down with their monopolies everywhere and complete idiocy in managing them.5 -
This is not an interview test just an awkward experience in general regarding interview.
This happened two years ago when I was a fresh university graduate looking for a job in UK as an immigrant (Im EU national).
Went to an interview for a web dev+tech support position. Two fat guys with tshirts met me and started interviewing me for a sysadmin position. Started asking me about disaster recovery and stuff.
Turns out recruiter messed up not only companies but positions as well. Also these two guys didnt bother to check anything.
I pulled out the job ad for which I applied originally, interviewers had a look at it and still proceeded questioning me while knowing that I prepared for completely different position interview.
Needless to say, it went terrible and I didnt get the job. I dont know if its just me or Im unlucky, but I had a lot of encounters in UK with so many incompetent recruiters.3 -
Despite beeing one of the strangest ads I ever saw, this one is a beautiful and scary example of advertising tracking. Although I used a vpn and incognito mode I saw this ad on a page really not tech related at all.

Overheating The Javascript Ecosystem
Paranoid thought: You know, in the course of every day, being the corrupt piece of shit that I am, whenever I see a scandal or what looks like shenanigans-in-the-making, I ask myself
"Wisecrack, is this a fucking scam or con of some sort?"
I was recently asking myself this about javascript.
Not the language per se, but the ecosystem.
I noticed how there are a thousand CLIs for simple shit. Another four thousand for page long libraries, for simpleton level shit (because prototypes are designed after satans own aborted love-child of object models). I noticed another eight thousand guys imitating steve jobs, talking at conferences and 'change the world' high-on-huffing-my-own-shit TEDX talks like rubyists that don't realize the world has moved on, all to hawk books and inflate CVs for cushy positions at major tech firms and the herd of dicksuckers following the next fad off a cliff like lemmings. And another eight thousand 'tech journalists' pushing them off the cliff while begging for outrage and hype dollars and slowly circling like vultures above the drain that is the ad-based economy.
And I thought to myself.
"Wisecrack, who benefits from all this noisy self-indulgent horseshit? Where is all the money coming from for all these books, conferences, meetings, publications, media, bread, and circuses?"
"I don't know wisecrack. But if I were the CEO of a big company, threatened by the prospect of a universal language, or universal platform, like flash, but one I couldn't kill like flash, I would try to do the most corrupt thing I could think of."
"Whats that wisecrack?"
"I would try to 'overheat' the ecosystem by selectively hiring people from that ecosystem, pumping money into a boatload of similar products, all in the hopes of provoking the equivalent of an immune overreaction, imitators all flooding the ecosystem with the same shit in different packages, self promoting sycophants, aggrenadizing social media idiots, tools sold as tools, hyped as 'the next coming of steve jobs', overcooked shit that focuses on ceremony over functionality, ritual over productivity, documentation over innovation like some sort of amazonion infinite nesting doll hellscape of documents linking to documents linking to documents, each one a new circle of dantes inferno, where the definition of anything links to another document that says "see also xyz", and I would convince them that they had done it to themselves."
And then I would push typescript as their lord, savior, and master. "
"How do you know all this wisecrack?"
"Because I am a piece of shit, and, this is what I would do in any executive's shoes."10 -
New webdev job ad in a small town where I live:
"We need a junior to mid level full-stack dev - Python, Flask, Django, ES6, Angular, TypeScript, Git, etc..."
ME:
"Fuck, I tick all the checkboxes! - And it's like the only Python job around here! Yey! I so want to work with Python" excited sends cv and an extremely well crafted cover letter.
Company calls after few days:
"Hi! So we'd like to invite you for interview. Some of the tech we work in: Shopify, Wix, and SquareSpace. We're also trying to get into some other frameworks and started looking at Magento and Wordpress.... It's not really much coding, mostly content management...."
What the actual fuck!?!
I still agreed to interview...3 -
Dear Friends,
As a husband, I've sat next to my wife through eight miscarriages, and while drowning my sorrows on Facebook, face the inundation of pregnancy and baby ads. It's heartbreaking, depressing, and out right unethical.
How can we, as developers who conquer the world with software solutions, not solve this problem? Let's be honest, it's not that we cannot solve this problem, it's that we won't solve it.
We're really screwing this one up, and I'm issuing a challenge - who's out here on devRant that can make the first targeted "Shiva" ad campaign? Don't tell me you don't have the data in your system, because we all know you do. Your challenge is to identify the death of a loved one, or a miscarriage, and respectfully mourn the loss with no desire to make money from those individuals.
Fucking advertise flower delivery services and fancy chocolates to the people in THEIR inner circle, but stop fucking advertising pregnancy clothes to my wife after a miscarriage. You know you can do it. Don't let me down.

I finally fucking made it!
Or well, I had a thorough kick in my behind and things kinda fell into place in the end :-D
I dropped out of my non-tech education way too late and almost a decade ago. While I was busy nagging myself about shit, a friend of mine got me an interview for a tech support position and I nailed it, I've been messing with computers since '95 so it comes easy.
For a while I just went with it, started feeling better about myself, moved up from part time to semi to full time, started getting responsibilities. During my time I have had responsibility for every piece of hardware or software we had to deal with. I brushed up documentation, streamlined processes, handled big projects and then passed it on to 'juniors' - people pass through support departments fast I guess.
Anyway, I picked up rexx, PowerShell and brushed up on bash and windows shell scripting so when it felt like there wasn't much left I wanted to optimize that I could easily do with scripting I asked my boss for a programming course and free hands to use it to optimize workflows.
So after talking to programmer friends, you guys and doing some research I settled on C# for it's broad application spectrum and ease of entry.
Some years have passed since. A colleague and I built an application to act as portal for optimizations and went on to automate AD management, varius ssh/ftp jobs and backend jobs with high manual failure rate, hell, towards the end I turned in a hobby project that earned myself in 10 times in saved hours across the organization. I felt pretty good about my skills and decided I'd start looking for something with some more challenge.
A year passed with not much action, in part because I got comfy and didn't send out many applications. Then budget cuts happened half a year ago and our Branch's IT got cut bad - myself included.
I got an outplacement thing with some consultant firm as part of the goodbye package and that was just hold - got control of my CV, hit LinkedIn and got absolutely swarmed by recruiters and companies looking for developers!
So here I am today, working on an AspX webapp with C# backend, living the hell of a codebase left behind by someone with no wish to document or follow any kind of coding standards and you know what? I absolutely fucking love it!
So if you're out there and in doubt, do some competence mapping, find a nice CV template, update your LinkedIn - lots of sources for that available and go search, the truth is out there! -
I """""accidentally"""'" found some security holes in my school's Windows public computer setup.
Every student and teacher has a personal Active Directory, obviously they should be able to only see their own right?
oh wait the directory up button in explorer shows me all of them and I have r/w access to teacher and student ADs.
That's cool.
Also, the command prompt, Run prompt ad Explorer path bar are disabled...
...but batch scripts work.
Sweet.
Surely I can't do something dumb like--- oh, regedit's blocked but not the reg command.
They use the-- WHY IS GPEDIT NOT BLOCKED
Well what the fuck.
(All of this was responsibly handled by emailing the tech department. They have an email just for this! ...got a bounceback "this person is no longer employed at XYZ School.")6 -
Imagine: It's the year 2109.
You pay a subscription of $2.00/week to be able to shut off your alarm.
You open up your laptop and after watching 5 un-skippable ads, Windows 35 boots up so you can start working.
You start VSCode and it requires you to watch an ad, to boot up.
You pay a subscription of $29.99/month to get full access to your keyboard.
You pick up your mobile phone and you have to pay a subscription of $49.99/month to be able to unlock your phone as many times as you want.
Your mobile network allows you to make 1 phone call free for the day, post which you have to pay $1.50 per call. Data costs are seperate and its sold to you as a package, labled as an "Offer".
Your salary is compared to peanuts even though tech has gone beyond its limits.
Life is Good.11 -
Do you wanna be a software engineer at Google?
Go to AlgoExpert.io. Pick a question. Read the prompt. Write some code…
JUST FUCKING STOP
Fucking shitty ad popping up every time I watch anything even remotely related to tech or science.

I asked the VMware crew at work when we were going to virtualize our network. This was about 5 years ago. I got basically laughed at for suggesting it. I asked when we were going to adopt Azure AD to ensure us being ready for moving to teams etc. Got insults back with how bad the cloud is.
Guess what two projects are getting finalized now? Glad I left that company. Going to enjoy some nice mellow weed, enjoy my 30 day x-mas vacay and jump fresh at a new position. New upstart with a security maker for the maritime sector. A company that embraces new tech by making it them selfs. New day with aiding in the development of an IoT based solution with cloud support.
Happy holidays peeps.

Implemented complex AD tracking system for offline conversions back to ads.
Me: It's done and works and it's based on cookies.
Tech Manager: What if the cookies get deleted all the tracking is gone.......
Me in my head: Stop trying to be clever with the dotdotot ....
Me in real life: Same as Analytics and Adwords .......all that tracking is gone.
FN smart ass.2 -
Dear web devs,
PLEASE learn how to (or teach/inform your clients) correctly target ads.
Thank You
Also, WTF??? and even WZF?!?! Who created this? Furthermore who the hell paid for this to be an ad, what are they trying to achieve and how tf do they think this will achieve that???
PS-
In case you're wondering what i was looking up on thesaurus.com, or would like to assume/blame this ad on my browsing history, cookies and/or something like google listening in the background through my mic... nope. Looked up "adage" and im waaay too adept at cybersecurity and easily annoyed by anything doing something i didnt explicitly tell it to.
if you're ignorant of the google listening thing:
yes this is totally a real thing that the vast majority of Smartphone users have no clue is happening despite it being in t&c. Try a few, somewhat relevant to this topic, google searches and youll find suggested searches like "can my phone read my mind?".
I tend to explicitly ban shit like that on everything (even devices of anyone on my property that never logged into my internet... im not paranoid, just not a fan of tech doing things i didnt tell it to)... but when i needed to enable/allow it on a dev for 30min, the next time i went to look for a book, one of the top suggestions (before typing anything) was "Burmese Pythons"... i looked back at my activity for that 30min days ago... I had been explaining some basic python code to a kid from myanmar... so it was pretty amusing.

So I joined this digital agency where they are working on this ad-tech product and right from day one, I was given a task to implement a new feature on the product. No knowledge transfer. No onboarding process. So, I had given estimation about the task and apparently it took longer than expected. But what were they expecting. Anyways, my manager asked me to have a KT with the only senior guy that has been working there for last couple of years. And man, since the KT started, it's been hell for me. The guy is such an asshole and won't even give me a basic walkthrough of the system. He only took one call and that ended within 30 minutes. On top of that he went ahead and told the product manager that I am not keeping up and am not ready. And my product manager apparently wants me to take his place within a month. It's been only two months since I joined. I have already pushed two major features, tried to understand the system architecture, codebase and everything on my own. On top of that, I got yelled at by that senior dev in a meeting about a PR. I was quite confident guy when I joined and now I am anxious everyday at work and i am scared that they'll let me go because I won't be able to meet their unrealistic expectations. I also can't stand this senior dev and he can't stand me which makes me really demotivated to work. I have anxiety issues and now I am thinking if I stay, I am gonna mess up big time and they'll fire me or worse. I might break something in production because I didn't have proper onboarding.2

HIRE A RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL HACKER FOR RECOVERY CONTACT SPARTAN TECH GROUP RETRIEVAL
I was desperate to make my money work for me. When I came across an advertisement on TikTok promoting a crypto investment opportunity, it seemed like exactly what I had been searching for. The ad promised high returns, and the way it was presented made it hard to resist. I was directed to a sleek website for a platform called Crypto Zone that laid out all the details. The platform seemed professional, and they had a Telegram channel full of testimonials from investors who claimed they had earned significant profits. It felt reassuring, like I had found the perfect way to grow my wealth.I didn’t take long to make my decision. I invested a substantial amount 71,000 euros. I thought I was making a smart choice, but in hindsight, I see how quickly I was swept up in the excitement and promises of quick returns. The platform seemed to be everything I wanted. But soon after, things started to unravel. Crypto Zone, once so reliable, became harder to access. The smooth interface I had initially found so appealing now had error messages, and the communication from the supposed support team grew less frequent and less professional. At first, I dismissed it, thinking it was just a temporary glitch, but the more I tried to contact them, the more I realized something was off. Red flags began to appear, but by then, I had already invested too much. My hopes of seeing large returns started to feel more like a distant dream.I spent countless hours trying to get my money back. The more I searched for answers, the more confused I became. The more I dug, the more I realized that I had likely fallen victim to a scam. I was devastated. It wasn’t just the financial loss that hit hard; it was the feeling of betrayal. I had trusted this platform with my savings, and now I was left with nothing. I felt completely powerless, and it seemed like there was no way out. I had lost everything, and I couldn’t see a path to recovery. Then, just when I thought things couldn’t get worse, I came across SPARTAN TECH GROUP RETRIEVAL. At first, I was skeptical. How could anyone possibly help me recover such a large amount of money? But after reading several success stories on their website, I decided to give them a chance. I reached out, and within moments, I felt a glimmer of hope. They took immediate action, and within weeks, I had my 71,000 euros back. I was in disbelief. It felt too good to be true, but it wasn’t. It was real, and I couldn’t have been more grateful.

It was a cold February evening in 2025 when I realized I’d made a terrible mistake. I’d sunk 4 Bitcoin my entire crypto savings into what I thought was a promising investment opportunity I’d found through a flashy ad on X. The platform promised sky-high returns, and the testimonials seemed legit. But weeks passed, my dashboard showed no profits, and when I tried to withdraw, the site locked me out. My 4 BTC, worth a small fortune, was gone. I felt sick. Desperate, I turned to internet forums, posting about my ordeal in a crypto thread. That’s when i saw someone talked about Alpha Spy Nest Recovery, a name I’d never heard before. Skeptical but out of options, I messaged them. Within hours, a rep named Alex responded, asking for details: the site URL, transaction IDs, and screenshots I’d thankfully kept. He warned me it’d be tough, scammers were getting slicker but they’d try. Alpha Spy Nest wasn’t your typical recovery outfit. Alex explained they were a team of ex-hackers and blockchain sleuths who’d turned their skills to hunting down crypto crooks. They used forensic tools to trace my BTC through the blockchain, even as the scammers tried to launder it through mixers. Meanwhile, their web team dug into the fake site, finding it linked to a known scam ring operating out of Eastern Europe. Days later “Good news. We’ve got a lead.” Using a mix of legal pressure and some clever tech I didn’t fully understand, they’d tracked my coins to an exchange where the scammers had slipped up. Alpha Spy Nest coordinated with the exchange to freeze the funds, and after a nerve-wracking verification process, 3.8 BTC minus their fee hit . I stared at my screen, stunned. The relief was overwhelming. Alpha Spy Nest Recovery didn’t just save my money; they restored my faith in fighting back. I never thought I’d see that 4 Bitcoin again, but thanks to their grit and know-how, I did. Rest assured you can also try them out:whatsApp: +14159714490

VERIFIED CRYPTOCURRENCY RESTORATION/FOLKWIN EXPERT RECOVERY.
As a designer, I’m always on the lookout for new tools to improve my workflow. So, when I saw an ad on LinkedIn for a “revolutionary” design software, it seemed like the perfect opportunity. The ad promised to streamline my design process with amazing features at an unbeatable price. Without a second thought, I clicked the link and made the purchase. But soon after buying the software, I realized it was a scam. The software never worked as promised, and when I tried to reach out for support, the company vanished without a trace. I was left feeling frustrated and powerless. 5,000 NZD, a significant amount for anyone, especially a freelancer, was gone, and there was no way to get it back… or so I thought. I was at a loss for what to do next. That’s when I discovered FOLKWIN EXPERT RECOVERY. At first, I wasn’t sure if they could help. Could anyone actually recover money lost to online scams? But, desperate and with no other options, I decided to reach out. I contacted FOLKWIN EXPERT RECOVERY, they explained the process in detail, reassured me that they would do everything in their power to recover my funds, and kept me updated every step of the way. To my amazement, just two days after I reached out, they successfully recovered 4,800 NZD of the 5,000 NZD I had lost. The relief I felt when I saw that money back in my account was indescribable. It was like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Since then, I’ve made it a point to share my experience with other designers in the community. I want to raise awareness about the scams that are out there and remind others to be cautious when browsing for new software. Scammers can target anyone, even professionals like us. But I also want to let fellow designers know that if they do fall victim to fraud, they don’t have to give up. FOLKWIN EXPERT RECOVERY is there to help. Now, I always tell others: Be skeptical of ads that seem too good to be true, especially on platforms like LinkedIn. But if you do get scammed, there’s hope. Don’t hesitate to contact FOLKWINEXPERTRECOVERY(at)TECH-CENTER. CO M, (WhatsApp): +1 (740)705-0711. They helped me get my money back in just two days, and they can help you too.
Warm greetings,
Mr. Gilbert Jonathan

RECOVER LOST OR STOLEN BITCOIN, ETH, USDT WITH THE SUPPORT OF CYBER CONSTABLE INTELLIGENCE
The internet can feel like the wild west, full of danger and hidden traps, and I learned that lesson the hard way when I lost access to my Bitcoin wallet thanks to some sneaky malware. Picture this: I was just minding my own business, innocently clicking on what I thought was a harmless ad, maybe something about a new “must-have” kitchen gadget, when suddenly I found myself staring in horror at my computer screen, realizing I had just compromised my wallet containing a whopping $480,000. Talk about a facepalm moment! It felt like I’d just walked into a bar in a cowboy movie, only to find out the saloon was full of outlaws.
In the midst of my panic, I turned to Cyber Constable Intelligence, hoping they could pull off a miracle. I can’t emphasize enough how much they felt like my personal posse in that moment. Their team was not just professional; they were genuinely empathetic, treating my case with the urgency it absolutely deserved. It felt like I was surrounded by a group of tech-savvy superheroes, ready to tackle the villain that was my lost fortune.
After a few days of nail-biting suspense, I received the call that changed everything. They had not only recovered my funds but had done it faster than I could say “malware disaster.” It was like winning the lottery, only this time, I wasn’t just rich; I was also educated! They took the time to provide me with invaluable advice on safeguarding my wallet in the future, transforming my panic into peace of mind.
I walked away from this experience not only with my $480,000 intact but also with a newfound respect for the importance of digital security. I mean, who knew that clicking on an ad could lead to such chaos? It’s like finding out that your favorite cowboy is actually a bandit in disguise. Thanks to Cyber Constable Intelligence, I can finally take a breath without feeling like my funds are riding off into the sunset.
So, here’s to you, Cyber Constable Intelligence! You’ve not only saved my wallet but have also given me the tools to navigate this wild digital frontier with a sense of humor and a lot more caution. I can’t thank you enough for turning my panic into peace of mind. Next time I see a “too good to be true” ad, you can bet I’ll be remembering this lesson and staying far away

Looking for help starting with DevOps.
Does anyone know of a site or forum where you can talk about general coding/scripting patterns rather than just asking specific questions?
Bear with me, this may be a bit longer than most posts here.
I'm a self-taught admin/tech working with one colleague (who's also mostly self taught) at a high school, managing both clients and servers.
We've been doing most things manually bit I'm looking into converting as much work as possible into more of a DevOps setup, with Powershell-scripts for multi step tasks.
I want to do this for a number of reasons. Having a script doing a number of steps would cut down on time spent on individual tasks and minimize the risk that a step is missed or, perhaps even worse, mistyped. Also it's important that I actually learn what I'm doing, why something works and why something fails.
As and example, I have a powershell-script which moves a student from one year to another (basically they have user names with a two-digit prefix based on the year they started and a suffix with two letters from their first names and four from their last names) if they need to repeat a grade.
It basically renames the account in the AD with the correct year-prefix, changes the samAccountName, renames Home and Profile-directories on disk and changes paths on the profile-tab in AD, moves the user into a new OU and security group etc.
It works as intended if the user account to be renamed exists and there's no name conflict with the new name. But I'd like for the script to validate that there's no problem with user names, source and target security groups and OUs etc. and eventually split the script up into smaller clearly defined functions for better readability.
However, I don't want someone to just write the script for me, I'd prefer to be able to discuss script flow and come to my own conclusions and solutions.1 -
My daughter had warned me multiple times about the risks of crypto scams, but I never imagined I would fall victim to one. It all started when I came across an ad on YouTube for an “Ethereum mining pool” that promised high returns with minimal effort. Passive income was too tempting, and I didn’t think twice. Unfortunately, what I believed was a legitimate investment opportunity was a sophisticated scam. I lost 18 ETH, my entire retirement savings. The regret and despair I felt were overwhelming. It wasn’t just the money, but the fear of how I would secure my future. I did not know how to get it back or where to start. That's when a friend recommended Tech Cyber Force Recovery. At first, I was skeptical. After all, I had already lost so much, and I had no idea who could help me now. However, after contacting them, I was surprised at how understanding and patient they were with my situation. They assured me they had the tools and expertise to trace my lost funds, and I decided to give them a chance. Tech Cyber Force Recovery did exactly what they promised. Not only did they track down the funds, but they also uncovered the full scope of the scam operation. It was a complex network, involving multiple players across borders. The team worked tirelessly, collaborating with international exchanges and law enforcement to identify the culprits and retrieve as much of my money as possible. In the end, they recovered 17 ETH, 94% of what I had lost. What truly impressed me was their professionalism and compassion. They didn’t just treat me like another case; they treated me like a person. When they learned I was a retiree, they even waived part of their fee, which was an incredibly kind gesture. I was beyond grateful for their support and expertise throughout the process. If you’ve fallen victim to a crypto scam, don’t give up hope. Tech Cyber Force Recovery is a miracle worker with a heart of gold. I highly recommend them to anyone facing a similar situation.

I never imagined I would find myself in a situation where I was scammed out of such a significant amount of money, but it happened. I became a victim of a fake online donation project that cost me over $30,000. It all started innocently enough when I was searching for assistance after a devastating fire incident in California. While looking for support, I came across an advertisement that seemed to offer donations for fire victims. The ad appeared legitimate, and I reached out to the project manager to inquire about how to receive the donations. The manager was very convincing and insisted that in order to qualify for the donations, I needed to pay $30,000 upfront. In return, I was promised $1 million in donations. It sounded a bit too good to be true, but in my desperate situation, I made the mistake of believing it. The thought of receiving a substantial amount of help to rebuild after the fire clouded my judgment, and I went ahead and sent the money. However, after transferring the funds, the promised donations never arrived, and the manager disappeared. That’s when I realized I had been scammed. Feeling lost, helpless, and completely betrayed, I tried everything I could to contact the scammer, but all my efforts were in vain. Desperation led me to search for help online, hoping to find a way to recover my money and potentially track down the scammer. That’s when I stumbled upon several testimonies from others who had fallen victim to similar scams and had been helped by a company called Tech Cyber Force Recovery. I reached out to them immediately, providing all the details of the scam and the information I had gathered. To my immense relief, the experts at Tech Cyber Force Recovery acted swiftly. Within just 27 hours, they were able to locate the scammer and initiate the recovery process. Not only did they help me recover the $30,000 I had lost, but the most satisfying part was that the scammer was apprehended by local authorities in their region. Thanks to Tech Cyber Force Recovery, I was able to get my money back and hold the scammer accountable for their actions. I am incredibly grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to helping victims like me. If you have fallen victim to a scam or fraudulent activity, I highly recommend contacting Tech Cyber Force Recovery. They provide swift and efficient recovery assistance, and I can confidently say they made all the difference in my situation.

I’m Sarah K, a retired English teacher at Maplewood High School. For most of my life, I dedicated myself to teaching young minds, helping them shape their futures through literature and language. But nothing could have prepared me for the experience that would shake me to my core losing 17 BTC to a fake Elon Musk giveaway. It all started innocently enough. After retiring, I found myself looking for ways to supplement my savings, which had dwindled after years on a teacher’s pension. I had heard about cryptocurrency from a few friends and read a few articles, but I didn’t fully understand it. That’s when I stumbled across a post online that seemed too good to ignore. A promotion claiming that Elon Musk was giving away Bitcoin as part of a special event. The ad looked professional, the message was convincing, and the link seemed legitimate. I thought it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. After all, Elon Musk had made so much noise around Bitcoin. It seemed like the real deal. The offer promised that anyone who sent Bitcoin to a specific address would receive double the amount back. My excitement got the best of me. I thought to myself, If I send a little, maybe I’ll get a return to help me enjoy my retirement more. So, I sent the Bitcoin, 17 BTC in total, to the address provided. But when nothing happened when I received no confirmation and the website went dark I knew something was wrong. I tried reaching out, but all my messages went unanswered. It became clear that I had been scammed. The emotional toll was immediate. I felt foolish, devastated, and completely exposed. My savings were tied up in that cryptocurrency, and suddenly, I was left with nothing. The financial loss was hard enough to handle, but the emotional weight of it was even worse. I questioned everything: my judgment, my understanding of online investments, and the very security I once felt in my own knowledge and experience. It all began with a Facebook ad that popped up during the holiday season one of those enticing promotions for "guaranteed winning football picks" that seemed too polished to overlook. The ad featured eye-catching screenshots of massive payouts and glowing testimonials from ecstatic users, which drew me in like a moth to a flame. Before I knew it, I found myself in a private Telegram group that was buzzing with what appeared to be undeniable proof of their success: screen recordings showcasing big wins, withdrawal slips, and enthusiastic members celebrating their fortunes. The group's admin reached out to me personally, claiming they had a "sure thing" match that was too good to pass up. The urgency in their tone was palpable; they insisted that this was a limited-time opportunity. All I needed to do was send $5,000 in Ethereum to place the bet. Despite my better judgment screaming at me to walk away, the pressure mounted, and I succumbed to the allure of quick riches. I transferred the ETH, convinced that I was on the brink of a life-changing win. However, that’s when the real scam unfolded. Almost immediately, I was hit with a demand for a $2,000 "processing fee." As if that wasn’t enough, they continued to ask for more payments under the guise of "verification fees." My heart raced as I hesitated, realizing that something was terribly wrong. When I expressed my doubts, their demeanor shifted dramatically; they became aggressive, threatening to lock me out of my "winnings" if I didn’t comply. My stomach sank as the reality of the situation hit me I had been conned. But the story doesn’t end there. In a twist of fate, I managed to recover everything I lost. A friend connected me with Digital Tech Guard Recovery, a firm that specializes in recovering funds lost to crypto scams. Their team worked tirelessly, employing their expertise to trace the Ethereum through the blockchain, collaborating with exchanges, and navigating legal channels. While I fell victim to a sophisticated scheme, I was fortunate enough to find help and reclaim my losses.
