So today I have been feeling some sort of weird anxiety. Way beyond normal. It has slowly been building all day. Right now my ears feel hot, any kind of deviation from what I expect causes me to feel those anxiety pangs as I deal with this event. Driving has felt somewhat surreal today. I felt like I was in control the whole time, but cars being next to me made me extra jumpy.

I assume this is some kind of chemical shit going on that I don't understand. Just wish I knew what was causing this shit.

I feel behind at work and found out I have some rando elevated liver function going on. Nothing I can't logic myself through. What I am feeling does not feel proportionate to what is happening in my life right now.

    I got liver and spleen problems. should go away though once the immune system calms down but that might be a few months

    take it easy. you got a pretty good sense of humor tho so it's surprising

    The surreality thing would happen to me when sleep deprived for a long time. Most often it kicks in sometime past 24h of being awake.

    This morning I woke up at 3 AM. Tried sleeping again at 5 and finally got up at 7. Shitty dreams with fucking drama in them. Why the fuck do I have dreams about being robbed? Always in some sketchy city and I find my backpack stolen or my computer stolen out of my backpack. I always do the reality check in my dream and wonder if it is real thing. It gives me so much stress in my dream. I usually wake up mad because I hate bullshit dreams.

    Nothing surreal today. Just a bit tired.

    @YourMom if someone steals your shit or you think they might, do a reality check

    and then change the dream into being a king on a hoarding pile of gold or something and the guy is being like "im so sorry" and praising you, hoping for mercy and forgiveness in front of your feet or something

    @jestdotty well, in my dream I grabbed the nearest person and started choking them. Kinda weirded out by that response.

    These dreams never let me change them unless I wake up. I hate these kinds of dreams.

    Hmm I've had similar stuff before, had a couple of times where just drinking some alcohol helps stabilise (since it suppresses stress) but don't recommend that as a way of coping with it long term
