YourMom56612hCan you counter?
Make sure that bitch can never be hired there again, ever. That is bare minimum. -
atheist1072212h@YourMom I can certainly counter. I'm currently "suspended" pending a disciplinary investigation. But they're straight up bluffing. I have proof they've committed disability discrimination. They have "proof" I've not worked very hard.

atheist1072212hIt's very weird. They're saying on the one hand, disciplinary if I stay, if I go (for what is 4 months salary) then I'm not allowed to sue for harassment and discrimination.
Which all in all sounds like harassment. -
@D-4got10-01 one advantage of being disabled, there are law firms that will represent me for free if they think I have a decent chance of success. I think I might have a decent chance of success.

@atheist Yup, I get that, too. Better to be healthy, than to have a lawyer discount.
My employer has made a settlement offer. They also very clearly lay out what they think I might accuse them of and I would have to waive my rights to sue. Primarily harassment, disability discrimination.
I'm not saying "fuck it, we ball" is my decision making process, but...
