@Lensflare I know. It lowers the bar of entry for memory management. But, if you know your stuff, manual memory management is way better. Also, yeah, GC doesn't guarantee the lack of memory leaks, but makes people lazy, thinking that GC will just take care of that... at least that's what I've seen many times.

It's kind of OK-ish, but my main problem w/ it is that it encourages people to be lazy. They think that GC will take care of all their mem leaks... which is retarded. Proper memory management, the manual kind, is therefore my preferred way.
